Negotiation is a powerful tool. It doesn't mean settling for compromises, but achieving the goal within a clearly defined scope. I quickly recognize where the challenges lie, think entrepreneurially and act according to clear principles.

A sense of purpose is what drives me. I am passionately committed to projects that inspire me - for example in the area of sustainability. I have a lot of experience in energy and sports law. But what interests me more than a specific area of law is the individual case, the opportunity to support people and advancing ideas.

As a team player, I get involved where it counts. When I'm cooking, I enjoy what my legal work can't give me: working with my hands. With know-how, the right tools and a pinch of sensitivity one can successfully master even the most challenging situations - at work and in life in general.
